Call rates a tad lower

Mumbai, April 21

Inter-bank call rates closed at 3.30-3.40 per cent, against the previous close of 3.50-3.60 per cent. In the first liquidity adjustment facility (LAF), there were no bids in the one-day repo auction. In the reverse repo auction, there were 26 bids for Rs 61,510 crore. Under the second LAF there were no bids in the repo auction. In the reverse repo auction there were 31 bids for Rs 35,105 crore. In the 14-day day special repo auction scheme for mutual funds and NBFCs under the LAF, there were no bids. In the CBLO market, there were 517 trades for Rs 57,349.15 crore in the range of 2.35-2.7 per cent.
