Promotions & Offers Industry & Economy - Real Estate & Construction States - West Bengal RDB Ind offers incentives to boost demand for residential project Our Bureau Kolkata, April 28 In its bid to boost consumer demand for residential property, RDB Industries has announced a Nano free with every first batch of 50 flats purchased at one of its projects, known as Regent Sonarpur project, near Kamalghazi, Sonarpur, according to a company spokesperson here. Spread over 50 acres, the project, which commenced its construction eight months back, would be complete by December this year. “The project was announced for sale just two days back and we have already done 23 bookings and have received more than 130 inquiries so far,” he said. With a project cost of Rs 50 crore, RDB has put about 176 apartments ranging between 918 sq ft and 1,430 sq ft on sale. “The cost per sq ft will be Rs 1,755, with a 918 sq ft flat costing about Rs 17 lakh and 1,430 sq ft at Rs 26 lakh,” he said. The company has already completed the modalities of booking the Nano and would consider the extension of the scheme based on the kind of response it would generate, he pointed out. Developers have been offering incentives in the form of free car parking space and pre-EMI subvention in order to woo customers and boost demand.
