Matrix Lab to delist from BSE, NSE

Hyderabad, May 1

Matrix Laboratories Ltd will be voluntarily delisting its equity shares from the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd and National Stock Exchange Ltd. The members at the extra ordinary general meeting approved the delisting proposal on April 30, the Hyderabad-based company informed BSE. The meeting had also approved the appointment of Mr S. Srinivasan as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. —
