Anns enters masala, cereal biz

Kochi, May 4

Anns, the renowned bakery and confectionery brand, has entered the masala and cereal segment. Created under the supervision of culinary specialist and Managing Director of Anns, Mrs Annamma Joseph Kottukappally, these products, which include masalas for typical Kerala dishes and a range of ready-to-cook breakfast products, promise to usher in a tasty change. The brand has been associated with delicious sweets for over 25 years. The masala and cereal products are being launched after extensive research. Anns has commissioned hi-tech plants for roasting, grinding, mixing and dosing.
