Patni solution for healthcare payers

Coimbatore, June 4

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has launched ‘Claims as a ServiceTM’ (CaaS),’ a solution specifically designed for the healthcare payer market. According to a Patni release, the offering would support the complete claims life cycle from intake through adjudication, to customer service, claims processing, enrolment and eligibility maintenance, member services, premium billing, reconciliation, provider maintenance and post payment audits. “Any of these se rvices can be selected on a la carte basis to provide administrative and care management functions at an affordable cost without compromising on quality,’ the release said. The CaaS pricing would include cost of transition from the existing system and would be based on the number of members serviced month-on-month. — Our Bureau
