Hyderabad, June 10 NetEnrich Inc, a US-based IT services provider, plans to hire around 500 professionals for its Indian operations.

The company, which runs three network operations centres in the US, Japan (Tokyo) and India (Hyderabad), will set up its second facility in Andhra Pradesh.

“We are finalising the location for our second facility. We will be investing over $15 million here over the next one year,” Mr Varma Kunaparaju, founder and Chief Technology Officer, NetEnrich, told newspersons here. The headcount would also be ramped up from 200 to 1,200 over the next two years.

“We have just tied up with Ingram Micro Inc, US, which has a reseller base of over 40,000. We will now provide our services to these resellers to create their own managed service provider practice,” Mr Kunaparaju said.

The influx of significant number of new customers would require NetEnrich to expand its operations in India. “We are looking for system and network management professionals in the areas of Windows, Unix, Network, virtualisation, storage and security,” he added.

The firm is also working on upgrading its patented remote infrastructure management solutions to tap the market among the small and medium businesses.

“We have a strong advantage here as our pricing is nearly 30 per cent lower than the big players’. The existing service providers are only focusing on large companies. There is a niche market in the small businesses,” he said. NetEnrich also plans to build an IT appliance for SMEs to monitor and manage services with foolproof security.
