Brands It’s now Barista Lavazza Our Bureau Bangalore, June 11 Café chain Barista has completed its brand integration process with Lavazza, a coffee company from Italy which bought over Barista Coffee Company in 2007. All the elements at the store – merchandising, signage, crockery, packaging and the signature walls – have been integrated to reflect the values and imagery of Italian coffee linked to Brand Lavazza. Henceforth, all Barista Espresso and Barista Crème outlets across India will be known as Barista Lavazza and Barista Crème Lavazza, respectively. The Lavazza visibility is not only restricted to the signage, the merchandise and signature walls in the stores but is also reinforced with the introduction of select Lavazza coffee beverages in its espresso bars, said a press release. The Barista Lavazza Web site was also launched recently as part of the brand integration process. The release added that Barista Lavazza is in the process of “enhancing customer experience by focusing on multiple touch-points – the design of the store, the level of its service and the quality of its products”.
