The market size for 150-cc-and-above bikes is 65,000-75,000 units a month, he said. The South-based two-wheeler company has a market share of 28-30 per cent in scooters and 11-12 per cent in motorcycles. Last fiscal, the company’s scooter sales dropped by 4 per cent to 2.39 lakh units. Motorcycle sales also declined by 8 per cent to 4.57 lakh units domestically. Mr Goindi said its exports, which grew by 40 per cent last fiscal, were expected to remain flat.
