Peninsula Land plans capital hike

Mumbai, June 25 Peninsula Land said that its Board of directors has approved a proposal to raise further capital by way of issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each, subject to a ceiling that the number should not exceed 6 crore and that the aggregate amount raised would not exceed Rs 750 crore.

The company told the BSE that it proposes to raise capital by way of qualified institutional placement / ADRs / GDRs and FCCBs to augment the long-term resources of the company.
