Opinion - Letters
Public services

The article ``Pepping up public service'' (Business Line, June 25) is intelligent and analytical. It is logical to expect that the proposed Central Public Services Authority (CPSA) can tone up the administrative and management personnel in the government, instilling better professionalism, efficiency and other vital qualities. Elected politicians should be committed to the `principles of neutrality, professional excellence and integrity'.
