Brigade Group to showcase projects

Our Bureau

Bangalore, July 2 Brigade Group will hold a two-day ‘Brigade Showcase’, starting July 4, where it would showcase its projects across the real estate spectrum.

About 20 projects — premium residences, apartments, integrated enclaves, furnished residences, commercial, retail and hospitality spaces, besides the two schools run by the company — in Bangalore and Mysore – would be showcased at the event to be held at Hotel Lalit Ashok here.

The company has about 500 unsold residential units across projects, which is about 25 per cent of the residential space, would be available, and the event also offers a special price and an assured round trip for a couple to London for all bookings on these two days.

The apartments on offer are in the range of Rs 36 lakh to Rs 4.5 crore, said Mr M.R. Jaishankar, Chairman and Managing Director.

The company plans to increase the prices after the event by about 2-5 per cent, he said. In fact, thanks to improved sales in the first quarter of the year, the company was able to hike prices by 2-3 per cent, he said.

Explaining the decision, he said the company actually reduced the 15 per cent discount given to buyers so far, “and we would hike prices again but would do it in a manner that would not affect our sales”.
