Training sessions for travel agents

Hyderabad, July 9

The Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) will organise a series of billing and settlement plan training sessions across all its chapters in the country. The training is intended for the travel agents to acquaint each with the latest trends in the ticketing process. The TAAI management committee took a decision in this regard recently. The Andhra Pradesh chapter of TAAI conducted the training sessions recently for its associates to create awareness. Mr Krishnan, Branch Manager, Southern Region (IATA), conducted the session. The training session, which is now a nationwide initiative of TAAI, will be held at regular intervals, according to a release. - Our Bureau
