Punj Lloyd venture bags Rs 1,210-cr order

Mumbai, July 9 Dayim Punj Lloyd, a joint venture between the Punj Lloyd and Prince Khalid Bin Bandar Bin Sultan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has bagged a Rs 1,210-crore contract from Saudi Aramco Total Refinery and Petrochemical Company, a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Oil Company and Total of France. A Punj Lloyd release said the order was for engineering, procurement and construction of port tank farm of the Jubail Export Refinery Project in Saudi Arabia.

The port tank project forms an important link of the refinery which will process 4 lakh barrels a day of crude.

Punj Lloyd has a 49 per cent stake in Dayim Punj Lloyd, which was formed in 2006.
