Stocks Corporate Results - Financial Services Our Bureau
Mumbai, Oct. 30 Religare Enterprises reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 29.9 crore for the quarter ended September 2009 against a loss of Rs 48.2 crore in the corresponding previous quarter. The company’s total income rose to Rs 414.8 crore from Rs 274.2 crore. The revenue from investments and finance jumped to Rs 11.7 crore from Rs 0.88 crore. Income from broking related activities increased 48 per cent during the quarter to Rs 130 crore. The company raked in Rs 17.9 crore from its asset management business. Religare shares were down marginally by 0.71 per cent at Rs 365.65 on the BSE on Friday.
