Events States - Kerala Toonz celebrates 10th anniversary Our Bureau Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 1 Technopark-based Toonz Animation observed its 10th anniversary at an elaborate function here on Sunday. Ms Neela Gangadharan, Chief Secretary, inaugurated the event. She commended Toonz Animation for having helped put India on the global animation map.
Mr Steve Stabler, leading Hollywood producer and Chief Executive Officer of US-based Commotion Pictures, delivered the keynote address. “I have been associated with Toonz for the past few years and am amazed to see its growth curve over this period during when it has become a common name among Hollywood insiders,” Mr Stabler said. The Chief Executive Officer, Toonz, Mr P. Jayakumar, delivered the welcome speech in which he acknowledged the spirit of perseverance and commitment among employees that helped put Toonz Animation among South Asia’s best and most admired animation studio.
