Events States - Kerala Registration on for shopping fest Our Bureau Kochi, Nov. 2 The registration process for the third edition of the Grand Kerala Shopping Festival is progressing in all the 14 districts through the District Industries Centres. In the first two years, the registration was handled by the Event Management Agency. This year the registration process is being done by the DICs.
