Our Bureau

Mumbai, Nov.3 The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) on Wednesday deferred the enforcement of the SEBI order against Mr Shankar Sharma till November 30.

The order, passed in February 2009, barred Mr Sharma from accessing the securities market for one year

“The effect of the SEBI order is deferred till November 30,” Mr Sharma’s counsel said.

Last week SAT had dismissed an appeal filed by Mr Sharma against the order.
