Celestial Labs to change name

Hyderabad, Nov 6

Celestial Labs Ltd is planning to change its name to Celestial Biolabs Ltd. The board of directors of the Hyderabad-based company has decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the members for obtaining their consent for the proposed name change. The authorised share capital was also proposed to be increased from Rs 14 crore to Rs 17 crore besides enhancing the borrowing powers of the board. A postal ballot would also be conducted to issue warrants up to 6.45 lakh to non-promoters, the BSE was informed. - Our Bureau
