Tirunelveli administration plans job fair

Madurai, Nov. 7 The Tirunelveli Administration plans to hold a two-day job fair on December 12 and 13 for the benefit of graduates, engineers, polytechnic and ITI diploma holders.

While the recruitment for the engineering graduates and polytechnic and ITI diploma holders will be held at FX Engineering College, Vannarpet, the recruitment for arts and science graduates will be held at St John’s College, Palayamkottai, said Mr M. Jeyaraman, District Collector, following the preparatory meeting held at the Collectorate.

Around 50 companies, including multinationals, are expected to participate in the proposed fair and more than 6,000 participants have registered.

Those who wish to participate in the event, could download the application form from www.mspvl.com or www.ustudy.in and send the filled-in form to jobfair.tirunelveli@gmail.com, the sources said.
