Brands Rolex India sales tick up 25% Kolkata, Nov. 7 Rolex has been witnessing 25-30 per cent growth in sales of luxury watches in India over the last two-to-three years and is set to grow even further within a span of next two years, according to Mr M. Khan, Country Manager, Business Development, Rolex. “Our luxury watch segment in the country has been growing at an annual rate of about 30 per cent over the last two years and there was no de-growth even during the global economic crisis and economic slowdown in the co untry,” Mr Khan said at a press conference here on Friday to announce an exclusive exhibition of premium retail chain of luxury watches in the prize range of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 1.25 crore. The mid-luxury segment watches in the price point of Rs 5-6 lakh has been witnessing a higher growth than the entry level range at Rs 2-3 lakh, he said.
