SBI observes Vigilance Week

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 8

The Kerala Circle of State Bank of India observed Vigilance Awareness Week from November 3 to 7. Mr Jacob Punnoose, Director-General of Police, was the chief guest at a function at the Local Head Office on Friday, which was presided over by Mr S.K. Sehgal, Chief General Manager. Mr Punnoose released a book on vigilance awareness brought out by the Vigilance Department of the bank. He also gave away prizes to winners of a quiz competition. Among those who attended the function were Mr V. Ramamoorthy, General Manager; Ms Geeta Verghese, Deputy General Manger- Vigilance; Mr V. Karunakaran, President, SBI Officers' Association; and Mr K. Raja Kurup, General Secretary, State Bank Staff Union, Kerala Circle. - Our Bureau
