Information sought on health policies

Hyderabad, Nov.15

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) has asked insurers to submit information pertaining to all health insurance policies issued on half-yearly basis. The information should be submitted electronically to the data repository of the Authority with a period of one month after the last day of the half-yearly period every year beginning from April 1, 2010, Mr J.Hari Narayan, Chairman, IRDA, said in a circular.
