CustomerAsset commended on customer focus

BANGALORE: CustomerAsset, a global contact centre services company, has announced that the Customer Operations Performance Centre Inc (COPC), an authority on contact centre operations, has commended the company on its customer focus.

CustomerAsset has recently completed the Baseline Assessment COPC-2000 Standard conducted by COPC. CustomerAsset was audited across inbound and outbound e-mail, voice and back office processes, said a company press release.
