AP: Truant asst surgeons dismissed

RAJAHMUNDRY: As many as 18 Civil Assistant Surgeons were terminated from service for ``unauthorised absentism'' by the Andhra Pradesh Commissioner and Director General of Medical and Health Services, Dr K. Anji Reddy, and the Director of Health, Dr I. Srinivasa Sarma.

Sources at the Vaidya Vidhan Parishad said the orders were served early this week
