Krishna project bids opened

HYDERABAD: L&T, IVRCL, Essar, Nagarjuna Construction Company and Petron are in the fray for Krishna water pipeline project to bring drinking water to the twin cities, bids for which were opened on Friday.

The tenders for the 116-km pipeline project to carry Krishna river waters of the Hyderabad Metro Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) would be finalised shortly. A Committee of the Board would evaluate and take a final decision soon.
