Glenmark to divest subsidiary

MUMBAI: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed the BSE that its board of directors has approved divesting its wholly-owned subsidiary Glenmark Laboratories Ltd, including the sale of its manufacturing plant at Verna, Goa.
