Software GDR Software divests stake in arm Our Bureau
MUMBAI: GDR Software Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors at its meeting held on Saturday decided to dispose off all the 4,99,300 equity shares (un listed) of Rs 10 each held in Meditech Software Ltd, a subsidiary of the company. Accordingly all the shares have been disposed off to I Dinesh Reddy and his associates, Hyderabad, at the face value i.e. for a total consideration of Rs 49,93,000. In view of this Meditech Software Ltd ceased to be subsidiary of the company.
