The Hindu Business Line : i-flex solution for Egyptian bank

BANGALORE: i-flex Solutions, an IT solutions provider to financial services industry, said on Monday that its flagship product, Flexcube, has been selected by Egyptian American Bank (EAB) as its core banking platform.

EAB will deploy Flexcube Universal Banking Solution encompassing both Retail and Corporate Banking along with Flexcube@ Internet Banking Solution, a company release said.

Flexcube will be deployed in all 30 branches of the bank and will replace its flat file mainframe-based legacy system.

This is the third Flexcube win in Egypt. Mr Rajesh Hukku, Chairman and Managing Director, said: "The success of i-flex in the Egyptian market opens doors to tap the West Asian and North African markets."
