New Delhi , July 17

THE rating agency, Crisil, has awarded a P1+ rating to TV Today Network Ltd (TVTN) for its Rs 15-crore commercial paper programme. Awarded to TVTN on account of the strong business position of its flagship Hindi news channel, Aaj Tak, this is the highest possible rating that is assigned by the agency for a debt programme.

According to a TVTN statement here, the P1+ rating also reflects the company's profitability and healthy capital structure.
