Bangalore , Nov. 16 HMT Machine Tools Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of HMT Ltd, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Gudel AG, a Swiss company, for cooperation in the areas of robotics, factory automation and press automation. The MoU was signed by Mr M.S. Zahed, Chairman & Managing Director, HMT Ltd, and Mr Rudolf Gudel, President & CEO, Gudel AG, recently.
