Bumper crop

Farmers harvest paddy crop at Rampur in Medak district of Andhra Pradesh. The district is witnessing a good crop this year. According to an agriculture officer, despite the low rainfall, the crop was good as less area was cultivated this year. The loss of crop, which was huge last year, has been avoided this year, except in some small pockets of the district.
