New solutions from Agilent Tech

AGILENT Technologies, the global test and measurement solution provider, has announced its enhanced operations support system (OSS) solutions that will enable wireless data service providers to profitably deliver the highest quality next-generation wireless services.

The new solutions include an OSS that provides complete testing of services, such as multimedia message services, virtual private networks, e-mail and Web-browsing, based on the customer perspective; and an industry-first service offering that will monitor mobile roaming services to ensure subscribers get the services they expect.

The key solutions that have been announced includee Agilent OSS Wireless QoS Manager to monitor content providers, network connectivity, and IP connectivity through active tests and Agilent OSS GPRS QoS Analyzer to manage next-generation service quality and customer satisfaction through GPRS transaction measurements.
