Software Spanish co sets up office here to tap Asia-Pacific market Our Bureau
Bangalore , Nov. 20 DIALCOM International, the Spanish video-conferencing solutions provider, announced the launch up of India operations, with Bangalore slated to be its Asia-Pacific headquarters. The company is targeting the Indian market with the Dialcom Webconference, a real-time Webconferencing and collaboration system, and the Dialcom WebControl, a business solution aimed at call centres and BPO companies, according to the Director of Dialcom, Mr Nandkishore Pinpati. Dialcom Asia Pacific would initially focus on companies with operations across India as well as in other countries. Both the solutions have already seen implementation in MNCs, especially in Europe and should suit the needs of Indian companies, he said. Software platforms developed by Dialcom are based on open architecture that could be implemented, integrated and scaled according to the requirements of the customers, according to the company. No pre-installation of software or hardware is required on the end-user's systems.
