Escorts AGM on Dec 19 for delisting shares

NEW DELHI: Escorts Ltd is planning to delist its shares from the four regional stock exchanges and seek approval for a change in authorised share capital of the company at its annual general meeting (AGM).

The AGM is scheduled on December 19. In addition, the meeting agenda would include appointment of directors and declaration of dividend for the last fiscal.
