Our Bureau

Bangalore , Dec. 1

I-FLEX Solutions Ltd has amicably resolved the dispute with Saraswat Co-operative Bank Ltd.

In a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange, i-flex said that the arbitration proceedings between Saraswat Co-operative Bank and the company have been dropped as both the parties have resolved the disputes amicably. An i-flex spokesperson declined to spell out the details stating that there were "no further details at this point."

It may be recalled that the cooperative bank last year had served a notice on i-flex seeking to terminate the deal.
