Rubber gains on demand

KOTTAYAM: Rubber market continued to gain on Tuesday. All the grades except latex improved as the covering groups revised their quotations.

Sentiments improved considerably along with favourable reports from world markets. . The futures market was also better on renewed buying from traders. The near month February delivery was quoted at Rs 52.60 (52.25), March delivery at Rs 55.15 (54.41), April delivery at Rs 58.03 (57.10), May delivery at Rs 60.12 (58.75) and June delivery at Rs 62.00 (60.85) per kg for RSS 4.
