Jhunjhunwala stake in AgroTech goes up to 5 per cent

Hyderabad , March 9

AGRO Tech Foods Ltd has informed the bourses that Mr Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has acquired 3,000 equity shares of the company's total paid-up capital of on March 5 from the market.

The shareholding of Mr Jhunjhunwala along with Ms Rekha Jhunjhunwala after the acquisition is 12,18,705 shares or 5 per cent of the total paid-up capital.
