Advertising Lowe bags Rs 60 cr worth new business Our Bureau
Mumbai , April 30 THE first quarter of this calendar year has been a great one for Lowe, especially on the new business front. New business worth Rs 60 crore has been added from existing and new clients such as BPCL, Bharat Gas, , Gas Authority of India Ltd, Dendrite Industries, Vishal Sarees and Omaxe Constructions Ltd. "We go about creating campaigns, that are rooted in key consumer insights. We keep doing effective work for our clients, and this keeps us winning new business, month after month," says Mr Pranesh Misra, President & Chief Operating Officer of Lowe India. "Our biggest reward is the respect and recognition that we get from our clients for delivering campaigns that meet their marketing challenges and exploit new opportunities," he added. When asked to recount recent campaigns of Lowe India that have won accolades from clients and industry at large, Mr Misra reels off a large list: Maruti Alto "Let's Go!" campaign that put the brand on a growth path; Idea Cellular "Stay Connected" campaign that has rolled out in the past four weeks, strengthening the brand's core promise, "An Idea can change your life." He also mentions the two new campaigns for St. Gobain clear glass and mirrors. Lowe has also used Amitabh Bachchan in two of its recent campaigns for Dabur Hajmola and Parker Pens. Bajaj Caliber "Hoodibabaa!" campaign that now has an interesting twist in a cartoon format and VIP "Happy Journey" campaign that has helped kickstart the journey of updating the brand's image and the positioning of its new products are some of its latest campaigns.
