REGISTERING a 100 per cent growth during the last six months in Kerala, BPL Mobile has crossed the milestone of 3-lakh subscriber base in the State.

Mr K.A. With the rapid growth of subscribers in all its markets, BPL Mobile has overall crossed 20 lakh subscriber base across its markets, he said.

"This clearly reinforces the subscriber confidence in our brand. Our recent coverage and capacity enhancement has also added to the substantial growth of subscriber base," he said.

Having invested over Rs120 crore on network expansion, infrastructure, brand and marketing during the last financial year, the company has been rapidly enhancing its network capacity and coverage in the State.

Recently, it had added over 30 new cell sites across the State and is planning to add another 45 more locations in three months, Mr Saleem said.

Mr R. Suresh Kumar, Deputy Chief Operating Officer said that the company has recently launched Election News and Election News Alert service to provide live updates of the ongoing general elections.
