According to data provided by Oilmandi.com, an industry portal, to Business Line, last months' imports comprised mainly 1.25 lakh tonnes of crude palm oil, 50,600 tonnes of refined palmolein and 33,300 tonnes of crude palmolein.

Degummed soyabean oil import was low at 15,000 tonnes; the rest included 7,000 tons of crude sunflower oil and 3,600 tonnes of crude palm kernel oil. Imports during May are unlikely to show any big increase, according to traders.
