NECC thanks Jayalalithaa

HYDERABAD: The National Egg Coordination Committee (NECC) thanked the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Ms J. Jayalalithaa, for reintroducing eggs in the mid-day meal programme for school children in the State.

In a press release here, NECC Chairperson, Ms Anuradha J. Desai, stated that the reintroduction of eggs in the diet under the programme would go a long way in boosting the health and nutrition standards of children.
