Can Fin Homes to pay 25 pc

CAN Fin Homes Ltd (CFHL) has set a target of 40 per cent increase in sanctions and disbursements for the financial year 2004-05.

The company also plans to open offices in rural and semi-urban areas in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, as this is a largely untapped market in the area of housing loans.

For the financial year ended 2003-04 CFHL has proposed a dividend of 25 per cent. The profit after tax for the fiscal was Rs 20.70 crore (Rs 21.58 crore).
