CanBank holds conference

MANGALORE: Canara Bank has held a business plan conference of the managers of its branches in Hassan, Chikmagalur and Kodagu districts, in Hassan town.

A press release by the bank's Circle Office in Mangalore said that the objective of the conference was to work out and finalise strategies for achieving the corporate goals for 2004-05.

Mr R.K. Madhukar, General Manager, inaugurated the conference.

Mr Damodar Shenoy, Deputy General Manager, spoke on the occasion.
