Syndicate Bank pays 10% final

New Delhi , June 25

THE Chairman and Managing Director of Syndicate Bank, Mr Michael Bastian, on Friday handed over a final dividend warrant for Rs 34.69 crore to the Union Finance Minister, Mr P. Chidambaram.

The bank had declared a final dividend of 10 per cent for the year 2003-04. The total dividend declared and paid for the year 2003-04 is 20 per cent on equity shares of Rs 10 each.

It had paid an interim dividend of 10 per cent in October.
