Indian Bank, Corpn Bank to share ATM network

Chennai , July 13

Indian Bank and Corporation Bank have entered into an agreement to share their ATM infrastructure.

Customers of the banks will have access to about 800 additional networked ATMs of both banks across the country, said Mr M.B.N. Rao, Chairman and Managing Director, Indian Bank on Monday.

Indian Bank has signed similar agreements with Andhra Bank and State Bank of India. The bank is already a part of two network consortia, Mitr and CastTree.

Customers of the bank will have access to more than 8,000 ATMs across the country, Mr Rao said.
