Kerala: Canara Banka organises retail lending programme

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The regional office of Canara Bank, Kollam, organised a retail lending programme for the managers of its branches in the districts of Kollam, Kottayam and Pathanamthitta.

Mr Akshay Kumar, Deputy General Manager, Retail Banking Division, Head Office, Bangalore, inaugurated the function. Mr M. V. Shenoy, Assistant general Manager, Regional Office, Kollam, welcomed the participants, while Mr P. P. J. Nair, Divisional Manager at the Regional Office, proposed a vote of thanks.

Retail loan sanction papers for sums amounting to Rs 10 crore were handed over to customers of branches falling within Kollam municipal limits during the function.
