CARSL becomes Cholamandalam arm

CHOLAMANDALAM Investment & Finance Company on Friday informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Cholamandalam AXA Risk Services (CARSL) has become its subsidiary. The development took place after Cholamandalam bought 5 lakh shares of CARSL following the termination of the joint venture in CARSL with M/s AXA, France.
