Matrix Labs director quits

HYDERABAD: The board of Matrix Laboratories Ltd has accepted the resignation of Mr M. Ravinder as Director and Executive Vice-President with effect from September 8.

In a press release here on Friday, Matrix Lab said that Mr Ravinder during his tenure was responsible for general finance and business support services and played an active role in the growth process of the company. He recently divested his 6.5 per cent stake in the company to the strategic and other investors.
