Apollo plans more clinics

THE Apollo Group of Hospitals hopes to have in place 250 clinics across the country and abroad in the months ahead.

In West Bengal, the group hopes to have 25 clinics in the next two years, Mr Ratan Jalan, CEO of Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd, said at the launch of the 25th Apollo clinic here today.

Mr Jalan said Apollo would take the franchisee route to expand its footprint in the country and abroad. Six more Apollo clinics would be operational in different parts of the country within the next two months. There are plans to set up eight clinics in Bangladesh as well.
