Kolkata , Sept. 17

TATA Motors has recently joined hands with Magma Leasing Ltd to offer their select range of vehicles under the "Magma ChamatCar" car loan scheme during the forthcoming Durga Puja season in West Bengal.

According to a joint statement released here today, under this arrangement, select Tata Motors vehicles in the passenger segment such as Tata Indica and Tata Indigo and utility vehicles such as Sumo Victa are now available at an EMI as low as Rs 1,882 per Rs lakh.

"Magma ChamatCar" scheme car loan offers an interest rate substantially lower than that offered by other institutions and banks, it is claimed. The repayment period is also for a maximum of seven years, coupled with an attractive exchange offer.

According to Mr Anindya Dhar, National Product Head-Auto, Magma Leasing, "We are travelling that extra distance to meet requirements of the customer, starting from organising a loan, arranging insurance, pay road tax etc, and all this has evoked tremendous response." He said the objective was to make car loans totally hassle-free for customers.
